Order Information

Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) during normal business hours. Typical handling time is between 1-2 business days. All weekend orders ship the following Monday. Please note that all shipping services and times only apply to Business Days.

Delivery & Shipping Information 

West Side Skates offers delivery and in store pick up options.

Orders with cart total over $150 ship free within the Continental United States (*Excludes skateboard decks and special releases such as QuickStrikes, Launch products with designated release dates). West Side Skates ships daily via U.S. Postal Service and UPS Delivery. Customers are emailed confirmation once the order has been placed to let you know the order was successfully received and again when the package has been shipped with tracking information provided. If you fail to receive email confirmations please contact us.

All packages ship from Lakewood, Ohio with fast and affordable shipping anywhere within the United States.

Customers who select the "In Store Pick Up" shipping option at checkout must pick up items in person at our Lakewood, Ohio during business hours Monday -Saturday: 12-6 and Sunday 12-5. You will be contacted via phone or email when your order is ready. Order number and valid I.D. required for pick up.

Order Cancellations

Please contact us as soon as possible should you need to request an order cancellation.  Please note that orders that have already entered into our Shipping process may not be eligible for cancellation.  

Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for shopping with us. We sincerely want you to be happy with your purchase and online experience with us. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate returns and exchanges granted they meet all of the criteria outlined below:

Due to the limited availability of the merchandise we offer, we cannot issue refunds for online sales of Special Release/ QuickStrike styles or Discounted/ Sale merchandise. All returns/ exchanges will be authorized at the discretion of West Side Skates.

Terms of our return policy are subject to change without advanced warning at the discretion of West Side Skates. Please be aware of the return/exchange policy when placing an order.

All returns must be received by West Side Skates within 14 days of the invoice date.

Shipping fees are non refundable. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. A service with tracking information is strongly encouraged when shipping a return package. West Side Skates is not responsible for lost, incorrectly addressed or damaged return packages. 

All goods must be returned as received: double boxed (using an outer shipping box) and include original packaging (including manufacturers packing paper for footwear), with all factory tags still attached (including extra laces included with some footwear), and in unused and unworn condition. Refunds will not be issued for damaged, worn, or used items.

Please include your original invoice or note with your name, email and order number to ensure we credit the correct account, along with choice of exchange size or refund request.

All sale and skate hardgood item purchases are final. Any items listed with price discounted as "Sales" or skateboard hardgoods (decks, trucks, wheels, completes, etc.) are not eligible for returns. Please choose your sizing carefully.

All goods must be returned in original packaging (including manufacturers packing paper for footwear), with all factory tags still attached (including extra laces included with some footwear), and in unused and unworn condition.

All returns must be accompanied by your original packing list/ receipt.

All returns must be received by West Side Skates within 14 days of the invoice date.

Only returns of incorrect merchandise will be eligible for refund. Should there be an incorrect shipment we will gladly exchange the item for the correct product, provide store credit, or issue a refund to your credit card.
